is a subdivision of the Institute of Group and Family Psychotherapy (Licensed by the Committee on Education within the Moscow Government, № 2335–2, 28 March 1994). Our Personnel Training Center has been successfully working for eight years, and our trainers have accumulated a unique experience of conducting various seminars and trainings in the fast–changing business environment.

Our Director is Dr. Leonid Kroll, M.D., Ph.D., a well–known psychotherapist and business consultant. He structures the work of the Personnel Training Center in a way to utilize various modern techniques and methods developed by leading trainers worldwide, use the educational video–library and the library of our Publishing House "Klass".

As the name suggests, our Center organizes trainings in various business areas.

Unlike dull lectures or conduct group discussions our trainings are based on business simulations, role playing and exercises that help to acquire practical skills in a nice lively atmosphere. You will not have to write. Things that you practice and act out are better remembered.

Training gives participants a rare opportunity to simulate real life situations in a safe atmosphere. If you make a mistake, it can be thoroughly analysed so that you never repeat it again.

Our aim is to reveal new capabilities in the employees of your firm, to help develop their best productive qualities, acquire necessary skills useful for both corporate environment and personal growth.

Our trainers have long experience of working with large Russian and foreign companies and are selected for exceptional and masterful methods of conducting training groups. During trainings, our trainers use video library and books published by the Publishing House "Klass".

All participants of our trainings receive Certificates of the Personnel Training Center. Our Center conducts thematically selected business trainings, corporate trainings, VIP–trainings, and special program "Train the Trainer".

Work efficiency of any professional will deteriorate if he or she is overcome with personal problems, complex family relations or interactions at work. To resolve personal psychological problems, we offer people an opportunity to study in Personal Growth Groups or attend individual consultations.
